· Wear boxers. Guys, tight undies can decrease your sperm count or damage your sperm because it just gets too warm down there. Even sitting at a desk all day could be detrimental so make sure you take regular breaks to walk around and cool them spermies down.
· Relax! Fertility can be negatively affected by stress for a number of reasons. Try to keep the stress levels down.
