During your pregnancy, it’s easy to grumble at your loss of balance, expanding body, bouts of constipation, and unshakable fatigue. To be certain, the nine months spent carrying your growing baby poses its share of challenges. But there are plenty of perks you’ll enjoy as you move from trimester to trimester. After you finally welcome your little one into the world, you may look back upon this time with mild yearning.

Below, we’ll provide a short list of the advantages you’ll enjoy during your pregnancy. Think of the following as an early reminder. By reading through the benefits below, you may find it easier to overlook some of the minor challenges you’ll confront.

Baby Showers

You’ll be surrounded by friends and family, and their attention will be focused upon you. What’s more, you’ll be on the receiving end of a bounty of gifts that promise to make the coming months easier for you and your little one.

Helpful Hormones

It is no coincidence that women tend to have healthier and thicker hair and stronger nails when they’re pregnant. This is because of high estrogen levels. Of course, when your hormonal balances return, this advantage will vanish. Enjoy it while it lasts.

Strangers Are Nicer

Reasons may vary, but the feeling is universal: people are nice to pregnant women. You’ll find some will offer you their seat. Others will happily rush to hold the door open for you. If you drop something on the ground, another person will quickly come to your aid. To be fair, this pregnancy perk will continue long after the birth of your little one. People enjoy seeing a new mommy and her infant.

No Periods

No birth control and no periods. For many moms-to-be, this is a two-pronged perk that pays plenty of dividends. Adding to the benefit is the fact that families who are expecting a baby tend to spend more time together. They often enjoy an extra level of intimacy, which might include cuddling or something more.

Frequent Trips To The Store

You’ll need to shop for maternity clothes as your body grows. You’ll also need to buy things for your baby’s nursery. From cribs and changing tables to car seats and strollers, there’s a lot to acquire before the arrival of your little one~From cribs and changing tables to car seats and strollers, there’s a lot to acquire before the arrival of your little one}. That means frequent shopping runs. This is an ideal opportunity to spend quality time with your mother, sister, and girlfriends. Drag them to the store with you to enjoy the day together.

Getting Into Shape

Many moms-to-be find it’s much easier to motivate themselves to get into shape while they’re pregnant. This includes adopting a regular exercise routine, changing dietary habits, sleeping more, and drinking more water. Each of these things will not only make you healthier, but will also help you shed the extra pregnancy pounds more easily after childbirth. When your baby is born, you’ll have much less time to devote to exercise, sleep, and eating the right foods. Start now and encourage the habit.

Experiencing A Miracle

Even if you’re tired and wracked with morning sickness, feeling bloated and constipated, you’ll never forget about the miracle of the life growing inside your body. Your body is sustaining another; your baby cannot survive without you. Before long, she’ll arrive and begin her adventure through life. For now, though, she is an inseparable part of you. This is an experience you will never forget. You’ll look back upon this time with precious memories of the wonder you observed firsthand.

Being pregnant is filled with highs and lows. You’ll experience emotional highs as you feel your baby’s first kicks inside you. On the other hand, you’ll also endure the discomfort and other physical challenges that are a natural part of pregnancy. Try to look past the momentary obstacles and enjoy this period while it lasts. Years down the road, you’ll remember these nine months with affection.

How to Plan the Perfect Baby Shower

Baby showers are the ideal way to show joy, hope, and excitement to any expectant mother.  With all of her family and friends around her, she can feel at ease about the expectant baby.  Even better is when she is given all of the supplies that she needs to set up her baby’s nursery so she’s totally ready for the baby’s arrival. A baby shower is also a great way to get her girlfriends together for a fun time of playing silly games and laughing.

Great Baby Shower Gifts to Get Mom Ready

If you’re the person throwing the baby shower, be sure your expectant mother has either enrolled at a department store or Internet vendor to help your guests know what she needs.  An alternative to this would be for her to make a list of what she doesn’t yet have, perhaps a baby furniture set, a baby bouncer, or even a baby stroller car seat. Specify the themes and colors she wants in the invitations and let the guests make it happen! If she needs a infant car seat, make sure that you specify types that adjust with the baby. If she needs a pram, {suggest|recommend|advise} to the guests a couple of types that will {allow|make it easy} for the Baby Trend car seat to be set on it for easily going from the car to the stroller. A baby bouncer is an especially practical gift because it allows mom to do things while the infant is being soothed and rocked. The most popular types are ones that have detachable carriers.

Baby Shower Fun With Popular Games

Baby showers are known for their goofy games and quirky fun.  One game that is especially popular is “You Can’t Say That” such as “baby” or “girl” or “boy”.  Another often-played game is a game involving baby food where the guests taste test various flavors of baby food and try to guess what food it is. A game that is really fun as well is where a diaper is passed around, just like musical chairs, and the interior of the diaper is a spoonful of warm chocolate frosting. This one is sure to get major hoots and hollars from the party guests!  Don’t forget trophy gifts for the winners; it is suggested that you choose girly gifts like scented bath accessories, fresh containers of plants or flowers, cards loaded with gift money, or a gift bag full of something themed such as “everything for a pedicure”.

Decorations to Make the Party Better

Ornaments are always suggested, because they set the festive tone for the entire party.  If you don’t know the gender of the baby, choose yellows, greens, and white.  It creates a light and happy color theme!  The cake can even complement the party theme; add little plastic baby bottle favors and rattles, etc. that can be acquired from a party store.  These items add uniqueness to the dessert as well as to the purpose of the event.
The best showers offer the new mom everything she will need for her new baby. The baby shower is also a wonderful chance for loved ones to support her and laugh and have fun. There’s nothing better than a baby shower being the best party the attendees have ever been to!
